1. General:

The following Terms and Conditions regulate the purchase process through the website and apply to all its users and customers.

YAO and its website are managed by Favorite Simplicity – Lda, based in Rua Hermano Neves, nº18, 3ºE7, 1600-477 Lisboa, Portugal with the VAT number 515 383 988.

The applicable law to all issues related YAO and its website is the Portuguese law.

YAO reserves the right to change the following Terms and Conditions without any notice, being the applicable version available in https://www.yao.pt/pages/terms-and-conditions


2. Ordering:

  • Ordering through YAO is very simple and intuitive:

  • Select the desired products;

  • Choose (if applicable) the options regarding size, quantity, color or pattern;

  • Add them to the cart by clicking “add to cart”;

  • Check the cart at any moment by clicking on the icon in the right top corner;

  • Select “proceed to ckeckout” in the cart page;

  • Register all personal and shipping data;

  • Select payment method: Paypal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer;

  • Pay according to the instructions given by the payment gateway provider: Paypal or Credit Card provider or Manually according to the instructions given in the order confirmation e-mail.

When the order is paid and confirmed, the customer will receive an email confirming that the order was registered by YAO. In case this e-mail is not received within a reasonable period of time, an issue might have occurred with the order registration. In that case, please contact us to info@yao.pt. 

YAO reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed, contacting the customer and returning the full amount (if applicable), when one of the following applies:

The product is not available;

The payment is not carried out using any of the payment methods specified above;

The payment cannot be confirmed;

The billing information is not correct or verifiable;

There is an error in the price quotation;

It is not possible to deliver the order at the delivery address provided by the customer. 

The order will then be shipped according to clause 3.2 of the present Terms and Conditions.

The size guides available in the product page are general and should be seen as auxiliary in choosing the appropriate size. Nevertheless, there may be differences between the reference sizes and the desired one. In this case, the customer may exchange its product according to clause 4 of the present Terms and Conditions.

If the customer notices any mistake in the order details or wants to change any detail regarding its order, please contact us through info@yao.pt.



3. Payment and Shipping:

All brands are responsible for shipping their own product(s) according to the shipping information filled in upon purchase. As a result, if the order has products from more than one brand, the client will receive one package from each brand.

After the order is confirmed, all products should be delivered in:

1 to 5 week days – continental Portugal

8 to 15 week days – Madeira and Açores

15 to 30 week days – outside Portugal

In the case the order is taking more than the abovementioned terms, please contact us to info@yao.pt.

If the order contains products from different brands, the products may be delivered in different dates and times.

Shipping is free for Portugal and above 99€ for other European countries.
